I like the way this natural stone looks - the variation in color is superb. The tile has a lovely natural texture, too, which enhances the look dramatically. As a first time DIY tile installer, I haven’t yet decided if I can work fast enough and carefully enough to apply the grout to the tile joints without having it also fill all the natural pocks that should be open once it’s all installed.
I would also add that the natural stone is thicker and heavier than the equivalent amount of, say, subway tile. It will require a backer board substrate for support, which I think most people use anyway, but I have seen situations where tile is applied directly onto Sheetrock (decorative only, not in a wet location). I wouldn’t recommend that with this tile.
