Terms of Service

By placing an order through Tilezz.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by our Terms of Service and Return Policy. These policies govern your use of our site and your purchase relationship with Tilezz.
2. Order Accuracy & AcknowledgmentYou are responsible for reviewing your order details (product type, quantity, finish, and shipping information) prior to checkout. Tilezz is not liable for customer errors once the order is submitted.
3. Shipping & DeliveryAll freight shipments are fully insured. While Tilezz works with reliable carriers, delays, missed appointments, or access issues are the customer's responsibility. Re-delivery and liftgate fees may apply if delivery fails.
3A. Customer Pickup LiabilityIf you choose to pick up your order from our warehouse, you are solely responsible for arriving with a suitable vehicle for the weight and size of the material. Tilezz is not liable for any damage to your vehicle or any issues that occur during self-transport. It is your responsibility to safely load, secure, and transport your order
4. Returns & RefundsPlease refer to our official Return Policy. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original, unopened boxes and in resalable condition.
We offer two return options:
- Free Return with Store Credit (Tilezz covers shipping; credit valid for 6 months)
- Cash Refund (you cover return shipping + 15% restocking fee)
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Sample orders (3x6" or 6x6") are final sale and not eligible for return or refund
5. Chargebacks & Dispute ProtectionBy purchasing from Tilezz, you agree not to file chargebacks for returns that fall within our stated policy. Any fraudulent chargebacks, misrepresentation of damage, or abusive return behavior may result in legal action.
Tilezz retains the right to present all shipping, refund, and correspondence documentation to dispute invalid chargebacks with your bank or credit card provider.
6. Store Credit ConditionsStore credit is valid for 6 months from issue. After this period, a 10% monthly reprocessing fee applies. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
7. Limitation of LiabilityTilezz is not liable for installation costs, lost time, or indirect damages. It is your responsibility to inspect products prior to installation. Installed tile waives all rights to refunds or replacements.
8. ModificationsTilezz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
9.Return Abuse DisclaimerTilezz reserves the right to limit or decline free return eligibility for customers who engage in excessive or repeated return activity. This includes, but is not limited to, placing multiple large orders with repeated returns. We aim to offer a generous return policy for genuine buyers, but reserve the right to protect our business from misuse.
10. Return Limit & Abuse Policy:Tilezz offers one (1) complimentary return per order to help customers shop with confidence.
If an additional return is requested for the same order, it will be subject to the following conditions:
- A 25% restocking fee will be applied
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method (store credit not available)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery Tilezz reserves the right to refuse return requests from accounts or orders showing signs of excessive return activity or abuse.
