Calacatta Prestige (Asian Statuary) 12x24 Polished/Honed Marble Field Tile
Calacatta Prestige (Asian Statuary) 12x24 polished/honed marble field tile. A large rectangle of luminous white marble with graceful gray veining. The 12x24 size covers a floor or full shower wall with fewer grout lines, so the stone reads as one surface. It suits modern rooms with walnut, matte black or brushed nickel. Lay it in a one-third offset on a bathroom floor, or stack it vertically up a shower wall.
Rated for floors and walls: home and light commercial floors, full-height bathroom and shower walls, powder rooms, kitchen backsplashes and fireplace surrounds. Honed is the floor and shower choice; polished brightens walls. Seal after grouting and wipe up acidic spills; marble etches. Order a sample to see the actual lot before you buy. In stock and ships in 2–3 business days.
The Calacatta Prestige Collection captures the essence of refined elegance, featuring premium white marble with delicate veining and a luminous, soft-white backdrop. This collection offers a perfect balance of sophistication and versatility, making it an ideal choice for walls, floors, countertops, and feature spaces. Whether enhancing a modern aesthetic or a classic design, Calacatta Prestige adds a timeless, serene charm to any interior.

Key Features
- Large-Format Impact: The 12×24 size lets you cover more area with fewer grout lines, creating a more continuous, elegant look and ideal for modern or minimalist aesthetics.
- Finish Options for Mood and Use: Polished accentuates the marble’s natural shine and veining; honed softens glare and can be more forgiving in light exposure or for less formal settings.
- Refined Marble Aesthetic: The Asian Statuary veining is elegant without being overly busy — giving you a tile that works well in a variety of color palettes and design schemes.
Care & Maintenance
- Installation Tips: Dry-lay a few tiles to check veining and color consistency across tiles and between boxes. Use white or light-colored marble-appropriate thin-set mortar so as not to influence the marble’s tonality. Ensure substrate is flat (level) because large tiles are less forgiving—uneven substrate can lead to lippage.
- Sealing: Essential to seal the marble tile before grouting. After installation and once grout has set, reseal to protect from moisture and stains. Depending on usage (floor vs wall, wet or dry areas), periodic resealing may be necessary.
- Cleaning: Use pH-neutral, non-abrasive cleaners and soft cloths or mops. Avoid acidic cleaners (vinegar, lemon, etc.) and harsh scrubbing pads, which can etch or dull the surface.
- Natural Variation: Expect natural variation in veining, tone, and pattern between tiles and within each tile. These variations are part of the beauty of marble. Inspect material before installation for visual harmony.
WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals including crystalline silica (airborne particles of respirable size) in dust created during fabrication/installation if the product is dry cut/ground or pulverized, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer. p65warnings.ca.gov

After my shower broke and I was told i would have to replace the bottom half, I had been searching for tile that would match as best as possible for months and month. Somehow I stumbled on this and it is by far the closest match. The price is amazing, the customer service is fast and friendly and I was impressive by how quickly the shipment arrived.
