Description
Carrara White Large Basketweave with Black Marble Polished/Honed
Carrara White large basketweave with black marble polished/honed. A larger-scale basketweave of white Italian Carrara rectangles with gray veining, woven around black marble accents on sheets of about 12x12. The bigger pieces show more veining and fewer grout lines than a standard basketweave, so it reads bolder across a full floor. It suits black-and-white bathrooms, polished chrome and dark wood. Lay it in an entry or a primary bathroom.
Rated for floors and walls: entries and powder rooms, bathroom floors, shower surrounds, niches and backsplashes. Honed suits floors and showers; polished sets off the black on a feature wall. Seal after grouting and wipe up acidic spills; marble etches. Order a sample to see the actual lot before you buy. In stock and ships in 2–3 business days.
The Carrara White Collection celebrates refined sophistication through genuine white Carrara marble with soft grey veining. This Large Basketweave mosaic, enhanced with black marble inlays, delivers a timeless architectural pattern and elegant contrast — ideal for interiors seeking classic style with a bold touch.
Key Features:

• Size(s): Mesh-mounted mosaic sheets (approx. 12″ × 12″ per sheet; individual rectangular pieces laid in a large-format basketweave pattern)

• Bathroom walls and floors — including shower surrounds and niches
• Kitchen backsplashes, accent walls, and decorative panels

• Residential and light-commercial interiors (walls and floors, when sealed correctly)

Why Choose the Carrara White Large Basketweave Mosaic with Black Marble?
• Bold Contrast & Elegance – The black marble inlay against the white Carrara base brings dramatic visual definition and refined sophistication.
• Textured Architectural Pattern – The basketweave layout introduces depth, rhythm, and structure, while preserving timeless marble elegance.
• Finish Flexibility – Polished finish offers a rich, glossy effect; honed finish delivers a softer, understated, matte texture.
• Natural Stone Quality – Crafted from real marble, ensuring durability, natural variation, and premium material feel.
• Design Cohesion: Coordinates beautifully with other tiles, mosaics, and trims in the Carrara White Collection for a unified, luxury interior aesthetic.
Care Instructions:
• Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or mop.
• Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners that can etch or scratch the marble surface.
• Seal periodically to protect against moisture, stains, and wear — especially in wet or high-traffic areas.
• Wipe spills promptly, particularly acidic or staining substances, to preserve the marble’s finish and colour integrity.
