How much backsplash tile do I need?
Multiply the width and height of each section in inches, divide by 144 for square feet, then add 10% for cuts. Each product shows square feet per box.
Can a ceramic backsplash go behind a stove?
Yes. Glazed ceramic is heat-resistant and wipes clean. Keep the manufacturer's clearance between the burners and the wall.
Do I need trim pieces?
Only where the tile ends on an open wall. Bullnose is available on most lines, or use a metal edge strip. Where the tile runs into a cabinet or countertop no trim is needed.
Do you sell samples?
Yes. Most items have a sample listing linked from the product page. Colors and glaze variation look different on every screen, so we recommend ordering samples before you buy by the box.
