We ship small color swatches for mosaic sample orders and 2 pcs of 3x6 or 4x4 for any tile sample bigger than 6x12 in size. For all other small size subway tiles we ship only 1 pc of tile. No Return on Sample Orders !

Issues with shipping

They shipped my order to the wrong place. I understand mistakes happen. But i didn’t like that i was not informed of this via email. I had to get on the website and ask them what happened to my package. I felt they could have done a better job with that, especially since the shipping is so high. Product is great though.

I apologize for this mistake we made on your order which almost never happens but due to pandemic we have limited people working in our warehouse and we couldn't avoid this mistake. We weren't able to notify you about this mistake right away because we weren't aware of this issue until you contacted as well. Our warehouse worker used a label for another order on your order so it ended up getting delivered to somebody else. Once you reached us out about this problem, we shipped out right away however it doesn't change our fault.
