It was easy to order online. Shipment came in reasonable time. The problem was that the color of the tiles was a bit dull in most cases. Scabos travertine is very varied in natural color but only about 1/3 were attractive enough to use. The picture in the web site shows all nine tiles having a beautiful rust color. I ordered more from another supplier and had better luck. About 2/3 had acceptable coloring. It would be nice if most colors matched the picture. I realize that your bulk shipment comes "as is". If you could control the quality of the coloring shipped, that would be great. I will still shop again at tilezz, but maybe talk to someone the next time.
